Inter-library Loans

Newman Borrowers: To request items from other NEOS libraries, you will need to search the holdings of their individual catalogues. To do this click the NEOS Catalogues link above. Library users may need to go directly to local (Edmonton) libraries to read or borrow items. For items found outside Edmonton, fill out the ILL request form to initiate the hold process. The form is available on the SFL Catalogue menu or above. 

For borrowing requests outside of NEOS, or for periodical articles, please contact Library staff.

 

NEOS Libraries as Borrowers: NEOS libraries can register as borrowers for ILLs, with an extended four-week loan period to take into account delivery times. Contact Library staff to set-up an account.

 

ILL requests from non-NEOS libraries: At this time, the SFL does not fill ILL requests from non-NEOS libraries, with the exception of libraries listed in the PACL ILL agreement.

PACL ILL: Sopchyshyn items are loaned from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on estimated mail delivery times. Items can be renewed. Please contact Library staff to register.
